Synergy's unique creative environment is a direct result of the ensemble nature of the company. While most other theatrical companies rely on different groups of people for their on-stage and off-stage work, Synergy's approach encourages members to take an active part in all aspects of the production. The lead in the current show may run the light board for next show and may have been the sound technician for the last show.
